Customer notice: Please read these policies before purchasing products or booking a spiritual reading. By using this website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to the applicable policies below.

1. Spiritual Products & Services Disclosure

Products sold by Zippy’s Occult Shop are offered as spiritual supplies, curios, and items for personal ritual, prayer, meditation, cultural practice, or entertainment. Individual experiences vary, and no particular spiritual, personal, financial, legal, romantic, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Spiritual readings reflect intuitive or spiritual interpretation and are provided for personal insight and entertainment. They are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Customers remain responsible for their own choices and actions.

Product descriptions explain traditional or intended spiritual uses. They are not claims that a product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition.

The use of any product sold by Zippy’s Occult Shop does not guarantee specific results. Products are sold as spiritual curios, and individual experiences may vary.

2. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Zippy’s Occult Shop does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, opened or used products, or dissatisfaction with spiritual results.

Limited exceptions apply when an order is not shipped, an incorrect item is sent, an item is defective, or an item arrives damaged. These exceptions are handled as described in the Shipping and Damaged Orders sections below and do not create a general right of return.

Approved remedies may include replacement, store credit, or a legally required refund, depending on the circumstances. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the error was made by Zippy’s Occult Shop.

3. Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days after payment is successfully received. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Order cancellation: A customer may request cancellation for a refund before the shipping label is created. Once a shipping label has been created, the order has entered fulfillment and cannot be voluntarily canceled or refunded. This cutoff does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law for an order that is not shipped, is materially delayed, or contains damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise.

Shipping charges: Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are displayed at checkout and may depend on the order’s contents, quantity, weight, and delivery address.

Tracking and delivery: When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact information provided with the order. Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Zippy’s Occult Shop.

Shipping delays: If Zippy’s Occult Shop cannot ship within the stated timeframe, the customer will be notified and offered the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Contact the shop immediately if an address correction is needed. Once a package has shipped, an address change may not be possible.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, Missing or Lost Orders

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact Zippy’s Occult Shop within 48 hours of delivery through the website’s contact method. Include the order number and clear photographs of the shipping package, label, packing materials, and affected item. After verification, Zippy’s Occult Shop may provide a replacement or store credit. If neither remedy is reasonably available, any remedy required by law will be provided.

Missing items: Report an item missing from a delivered package within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number and photographs of the package and contents.

Packages marked delivered: First check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Zippy’s Occult Shop will assist with available carrier information, but claims may require customer cooperation. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Returned packages: If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim it, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before reshipment. Product charges remain subject to this policy and applicable law.

5. Spiritual Reading Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A $10 deposit is required to reserve a reading appointment.
• The remaining balance must be paid immediately before the reading begins.
• Appointments should normally be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day appointments, when available, require an additional $15 fee.
• To cancel or reschedule, the customer must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• With at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date.
• Deposits are nonrefundable. A deposit is forfeited for a no-show, late cancellation, or second rescheduling request.
• Late arrival may reduce the reading time so later appointments are not delayed. Zippy’s Occult Shop may reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary and will transfer or refund amounts paid for a service the shop cannot provide.

6. Product & Candle Safety

Use all products only as directed and at your own discretion. Keep candles, oils, incense, powders, herbs, washes, sprays, soaps, and other products away from children and pets unless the product label specifically states otherwise.

• Never leave a burning candle or incense unattended.
• Keep flames away from drafts, curtains, paper, furniture, clothing, and other flammable materials.
• Place candles and incense on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep candle wicks trimmed.
• Do not ingest products unless the label expressly identifies them as intended for consumption.
• Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Review ingredients and patch-test topical products when appropriate.
• Use adequate ventilation when burning incense, herbs, or candles. Follow all product labels and local fire-safety rules.

7. Privacy Policy

Information collected: Zippy’s Occult Shop may collect information customers provide, including name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, order details, account information, appointment information, and messages. The website may also collect device, browser, cookie, and website-usage information.

How information is used: Information may be used to process orders and payments, arrange shipping, provide readings, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, maintain the website, comply with legal obligations, and improve services.

Service providers: Information may be shared as needed with payment processors, website and hosting providers, booking services, analytics providers, shipping carriers, professional advisers, and government authorities when legally required. Zippy’s Occult Shop does not sell customers’ personal information for money.

Payments: Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. Zippy’s Occult Shop generally does not receive or store a customer’s complete payment-card number.

Cookies: The website may use essential, preference, security, analytics, and shopping-cart cookies. Browser settings may allow customers to limit cookies, although some website features may not function properly.

Data choices and security: Customers may contact the shop through the website to request correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, tax, transaction-record, and security requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Children: This website is not directed to children under 13, and Zippy’s Occult Shop does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and acceptable use: Customers must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. Customers may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse content, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website to harm another person.

Orders: An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Zippy’s Occult Shop may refuse or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping limitations, or legal restrictions. If the shop cancels an order after payment, the amount paid for the canceled portion will be refunded.

Prices and availability: Prices, descriptions, images, inventory, and availability may change without notice. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but typographical or technical errors may occur.

Intellectual property: Website text, branding, photographs, graphics, and other original content belong to Zippy’s Occult Shop or their respective owners and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, products, readings, and website content are provided without guarantees of specific results. Zippy’s Occult Shop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, products, or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes: Zippy’s Occult Shop may update these policies from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the customer accepts the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
